Teachers can create and manage accounts for their students. Teachers are responsible for obtaining any necessary parental consent for students under the age of consent to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws, including the GDPR.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Writing, no kidding and its licensors. You retain all rights to the content you create or submit ("User Content") through the Service. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:
